Dealing with pubic hair can be a tricky business. Firstly, it’s awkward and embarrassing to ask friends or family for their opinion and advice – you can’t exactly walk up to your pal and ask “waxing or shaving?” And secondly, you need to be very careful about how you handle that oh-so-sensitive of regions, as razor burns, ingrown hairs, and other forms of unpleasantness can result from poorly handled pubic hair. Thankfully, this handy guide will give you the complete lowdown on how to deal with that pesky pubic hair, whether you’re a girl or a guy.
Wash hair with a gentle soap. It’s not just the hair on your head that needs washing — your pubic hair needs a little love and attention too. Every time you take a shower or bath, use a gentle, fragrance-free soap to wash the pubic hair. Be gentle — pulling the hair down there can hurt!
Your regular shampoo or body wash is too harsh to use on the sensitive skin down south, so don’t put it anywhere near your pubic region. Use an uncolored, non-fragrant bar of soap reserved specifically for that area. Don’t rub it directly on the pubic hair – lather it up on your hands first.
Also be very careful to avoid getting soap on or inside genitals, as it can cause irritation and itchiness. This is especially important for women, as even the gentlest soap can upset the PH balance of the vagina, leading to inflammation or infection.
Keep hair trimmed short. Even if hair removal isn’t your style, you’ll probably want to keep your pubic hair looking neat. The best way to do this is to give yourself a haircut! The best instrument to use is a small nail scissors, preferably one with blunted ends. This will allow you the greatest maneuverability and least chance of cutting yourself. Just be sure to set it aside, somewhere private, for pubic hair use only.
Don’t use large scissors, as these can be awkward (and therefore more dangerous) to use. You can use an ear or nose hair trimmers in a pinch, but make sure it has a guard you can place over the blades to protect yourself. Never use an electric razor with rotating heads, as these are painful to use in the pubic region.
To trim the pubic hair, pull the hair away from the body and slowly and carefully snip it away, as close to the skin as you feel comfortable with. If you prefer, run a comb through the hair first, then snip the hair protruding through the fingers of the comb. You will have to rely on feel for most of the trimming process, though you should visually check your progress with a hand-held mirror at regular intervals.
Make sure that you clean up any fallen hair after you’re done trimming, as leaving pubic hairs lying around the bathroom (especially a shared one) is a major faux pas. If possible, do your trimming over the toilet bowl, that way you can easily flush away any fallen hairs when you’re done. Many think trimming is the best way to do it, as a lot of people think full is gross, and shaved is like a child.
Shave the hair. Shaving is probably the most common option when it comes to pubic hair removal, as it is cheap, easy, relatively painless, and embarrassment free. You will need some gentle, unfragranced shaving cream or gel (both men and women should use a women’s shaving cream, as it is the gentlest), preferably one designed specifically for removing pubic hair, and a new razor (dull blades will be less effective and can cause irritation).
First, trim the hair from the areas you intend to shave — you can choose to just remove the hair around the bikini or brief line, or you can go the whole hog and remove it all. Razors work best and cause the least pulling and irritation on short hair, so aim to trim the hair to about 1⁄4 inch (0.6 cm) in length.
Soften the hair using hot water in the bath or shower for 3 to 5 minutes before you shave. Alternatively, you can apply a warm compress to the area to achieve the same effect. Apply your chosen shaving cream to the area, taking care to avoid the genitals. It may be wise to test the shaving cream on a small patch of skin 24 hours before shaving, as some creams may cause an allergic reaction.
welcome back lovely ladies today we are going to figure out fibroids.
It’s like a tongue twister! say that three times fast… anyway, fibroids are something that you may never have to face because it generally tends to affect women age 30 or more however it is interesting to note that 25 percent women will probably suffer from fibroids at one point in their life but I Will never have symptoms and they Will never need treatment
What are Fibroids?
so what the heck are fibroids?
Fibroids are non-cancerous growths in the muscle walls in your uterus.
Studies show that that being over weight or having high blood pressure are major risk factors.
Fibroids tend to shrink when your body goes through menopause.
So, what causes fibroids?
I know, sorry to disappoint you.
the thing is is that the growth depends on the estrogen levels in the body and as the woman continues to menstruate and the sizes can vary they can be so small that you need a microscope to look at them or they can be really big;as big as the uterus.
Now if you do have symptoms, some of them may include pelvic cramping when you are not on your period, lower abdomen pain, lower back pain, painful sex,and increased urine frequency.
the doctor will do an ultrasound to check for all of this.
Now some treatment options generally include getting on birth control pills or an IUD (Intrauterine Device) to help regulate the estrogen, and if it really really really comes down to it surgery is also an option.
Again, all this varies on your diagnosis and the severity of your problems.
Always remember to go to a doctor to get checked out..
So that’s all I have for you today, you know the drill so shoot me an email, send me an SMS, Also and subscribe to Our channel. And Share This Article If You Like.
So today I am bringing you the Alphabet of Hepatitis.
Sorry if you were expecting something else.
The thing is that there is Hepatitis, A, B,C, D, E and some of them are sexually transmitted so it is important to differentiate what each hepatitis is.
Now let’s start with what is hepatitis.
Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver caused by a viral infection these five types of hepatitis are a big deal because of the amount illnesses, epidemics and death that they cause.
Now the symptoms of hepatitis are relatively similar a fever, nausea, vomiting, joint pain, jaundice, loss of appetite and more so without further ado here is my handy dandy study guide of all things hepatitis.
Never thought It Would be making one of those.
Types of Hepatitis:
1. Hepatitis A:
Hepatitis A: the major way transmission is through contaminated food and water in fact Hepatitis A is primarily associated with dirty water and poor sanitation.
symptoms generally take about two to three weeks to show up however it is rarely fatal and there is a Hepatitis A vaccine.
2. Hepatitis B:
Hepatitis B: unlike “A” it is not spread through contaminated food or water. It is actually spread through infected blood, sexual contact or needles and symptoms take on average about two and a half months to show up in fact the virus can survive outside the body for at least seven days and still cause infection to a new person if left untreated Hepatitis B can cause liver cancer and serious damage Good news though! there is Hepatitis B vaccine. Also,90% of the people infected usually recover within six months
3. Hepatitis C:
Hepatitis C. “C” is spread primarily through coming into contact with infected blood transfusion, sharing needles and being born to a Hepatitis C mother.
Symptoms can take any where between two to six months to show up and 80% of cases don’t even have symptoms! However there are anti-viral drugs to take care of this. Unfortunately, no vaccine.
4. Hepatitis D:
Hepatitis D. well to get you to “D”, you must already have Hep B.
Therefore it is spread from sexual contact or blood.
No vaccine or treatment is available so prevention is essential.
5. Hepatitis E:
Hepatitis E. Again “E” is primarily through water and contaminated food symptoms take about forty days to show up.
Unlike “A” there is no vaccine though it is not fatal.
Remember prevention is always better than treatment so be careful of the sanitation around the food and water you drink.
So that was all things hepatitis from A to E.
See what I did there?
Uh, anyways guys if you want more information about hepatitis or really anything else, Email me, SMS meand Also subscribe Our Channel! and Also Share The Article If You Get Information From This.

So in the last two Articles and Videos we showed you what is a tampon and how to wear a tampon. Now that’s great, but I know you guys have a bunch of questions around tampon use.
So lets count down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, this is all your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about tampon Answered.
Tampon FAQs: Your Questions, Our Answers:
Can your tampon get lost?
No! There’s literally nowhere for the tampon to go. It cant enter your cervix because the opening it so tiny that it wont fit. If anything it can get lodged if the string twists around or something but all you have to do is relax and just use your finger slow to access it.
Are you still a virgin if you use tampons? Of course! Your virginity has nothing to do with a tampon. Sometimes, a girls hymen can stretch or a tear a bit from tampon use (in rare cases) but that has nothing to do with sexual intercourse and virginity.
Can you still go to the bathroom?
Of course! Unless you’re a camel and can hold it all in! Peeing has nothing to do with tampon. It won’t affect your tampon at all, just like it does not when you are wearing sanitary pads.
What do you if a tampon gets stuck?
First of all a tampon cant get stuck. After the tampons inserted, the vaginal muscles will hold it in place until you pull it out. If you feel resistance when you try to pull it out, the absorbency is too much of you should wait longer before trying to take it out. This is the same with the fear of tampons falling out. Uh huh, not going to happen.
Healthy Hair Tutorial: How Does Hair Conditioner Work [Part2]
These days hair conditioner is an integral part of hair management process. So how does hair conditioner work?
How important is it to keep your hair healthy?
What’s in this gunk that makes your hair so sleek and shiny?
So understand all this, you’ll first have to understand what conditioner is made of:
What is conditioner:
What is conditioner made of?
Conditioner is made up of several components, but let’s just keep it simple and say it contains positively charged ingredients.
These bind to the hair, which is negatively charged.
Shampoo, unlike conditioner, is negatively charged as well, thus effective at stripping your hair of dirt and natural oils.
The conditioner forms a kind of envelope around the hair, protecting it.
At the same time, a small amount of acid in the conditioner makes the cuticle layers fall tightly against each other.
This occurs because acid has a lot of hydrogen ions, which help strengthen the hydrogen bonds.
When you rinse out the conditioner in your hair, a tiny bit of it stays behind to coat your head.
This adds weight, makes your hair a little easier to comb, and prevents static electricity from building up.
Conditioner also has other ingredients such as perfumes, oils, and silicones that give each brand its individuality; however the basic process is still the same.
Also, there are several conditioners available in the market – dry hair conditioner, colored hair conditioner, conditioner for damaged hair, curly hair conditioner etc.
Part two of the explanation video on how hair conditioner works. Enjoy! By Julia Miller
