Bronchitis

Bronchitis is a respiratory condition characterized by inflammation of the bronchial tubes, which carry air to and from the lungs. It can cause a range of symptoms, including coughing, wheezing, chest tightness, and shortness of breath.

Acute bronchitis is usually caused by a viral infection and typically resolves on its own within a few weeks. Chronic bronchitis, on the other hand, is a long-term condition that is often caused by smoking or exposure to air pollution and may require ongoing treatment to manage symptoms.
